1) By accepting these terms and conditions you agree to adhere to all of the following: (these terms and conditions are designed to protect both the purchaser and provider from any issues that may arise).
2) Services: URhostingpro provides its services through a home based hosting service. We will do our best to provide you with a service that is stable and has as little down time as possible. These services are subject to maintenance, repairs and upgrades – downtime will occur at the best times possible, like early AM and late evenings. Our services have many different products and each product is subject to different settings and features. Under no circumstance may these be changed unless agreed upon by the provider and paid for by you. 3) Security: URhostingpro is not responsible for your own passwords. This means that if there is a security breach’s and it is tracked back to you, you may be charged for damages that occur to the system. You are given the tools to properly manage and change your passwords so there are no excuses when your system is breached. We will do our best to make sure the system is not breached. 4) Support: The provider will respond to any support issues within the first 24-48 hours if not sooner. We will only support hosting problems. No other support is available unless paid for. 5) Payment: Payments must be made within 15 days of the service setup agreement. If no payment is received by the 15th day the service may be suspended and a $25.00 late fee will be charged. You will have an additional 15 days to make the payment along with the late fee. Should you miss this payment deadline you will be unable to host with us and your account will be canceled. |
